What should a new client know about working with you?

New clients should know that I provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and compassionate space where they can feel heard and supported. My approach is collaborative — we work together to understand what’s going on and identify practical steps toward healing and growth. Progress happens at your own pace, and I’m here to guide and encourage you along the way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process begins with getting to know you — understanding your background, concerns, and what you’d like to achieve in therapy. Together, we identify your goals and develop a plan that feels realistic and supportive. Sessions often focus on insight, skill-building, and creating practical strategies you can use in daily life. I check in regularly to make sure therapy continues to meet your needs and that you’re seeing progress
