I’ll help you explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with curiosity—not judgment—while integrating evidence-based techniques tailored to your needs. My goal is to help you feel understood, gain clarity, and develop practical tools that genuinely improve your day-to-day life. Most importantly: you’ll always be met with empathy, patience, and a space where you can be completely yourself.
