What is your typical process for working with clients?
In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and explore what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and goals. From there, I tailor each session using a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care to help you create meaningful and lasting change. Therapy is collaborative, and you are an active partner in your healing journey.

I truly enjoyed working with Jonathan. I was going through a lot at the time and honestly was reluctant to go to therapy at first, but he created a safe space for me to just vent and be myself. I learned so much about who I am, and I still use the tools that he gave me, extremely grateful!

My therapist is simply just HIM. I like how he can be direct and focused on my issues. I feel no pressure when talking to him. It’s like a friend that isn’t your friend in real life. He gives me things to focus on after each session so I feel like I’m getting better. Finding him was clutch and I don’t regret it.
