Hi, I’m Jonathan, Clinical Social Worker with a focus on trauma-focused CBT. My work supports young adults who want to grow skills and learn to manage their anxiety, panic disorder, or trauma. I have also worked as an addiction recovery specialist assisting patients in navigating negative coping strategies preventing them from achieving their dream job, ideal self, or leading a stress-free life. My approach is to highlight positive coping skills to alleviate and manage symptoms of anxiety or millennial trauma. What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process is client-centered, strengths-based, and grounded in trauma-informed care. I begin with an initial assessment to build rapport, understand the client's self-stated goals, and identify immediate needs. From there, we collaboratively develop a tailored care or intervention plan. Throughout our work, I emphasize continuous check-ins, active empowerment, and adapting interventions as the client evolves. I close our engagement with structured discharge or transition planning to ensure long-term stability and connection to community resources.
