I enjoy helping people grow in life, overcome adversity, and navigate difficult situations throughout their lives. I am experienced in helping others with issues of depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, stress, co-occurring disorders, men's issues, teens, and children. I use DBT, CBT, person-centered, strength-based perspective, and other forms of therapy to help others. I am here to listen and support you. Your story matters.
