Today was my first appointment with my therapist and it was really good. I was nervous that the first initial appointment was going to go well but it did! I felt like was really heard and some great things were discussed and I felt comfortable for sure. I can’t wait to see where this journey leads me.

what stood out to me was how respectful and understanding Joni Shinn was and talking with her felt comfortable and easy. I wasn't shy with her and I'm normally shy with meeting new people. I'd definitely recommend talking with her to anyone who wants to feel like they're being heard and understood.
