What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where people can better understand themselves, build confidence, and develop healthier ways of coping. My goal is to help people recognize their strengths and create a fulfilling life that feels true to who they are.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I begin by getting to know you, understanding your concerns, and identifying your goals for therapy. Together, we explore patterns and develop practical strategies to manage stress, build self-awareness, and create meaningful change.
