Sessions are typically 45–55 minutes and grounded in trauma-informed, relational, feminist, and culturally responsive frameworks. We integrate modalities such as EMDR, somatic approaches, and liberation-focused therapy. We believe transparency and collaboration matter—session length and financial investment are always discussed together. Longer sessions (e.g., 90 minutes) are available and offered at adjusted rates based on individual care needs. $250 per session- For individuals with consistent financial security who view their investment in wellness as an opportunity to support broader community care. Choosing this pathway is an act of solidarity; by participating at this level, you directly contribute to the sustainability of accessible mental health services within the practice. $100-200 per session- For individuals who are mindfully balancing their personal growth with significant life commitments—such as caregiving, education, or navigating a variable economy. This tier honors your commitment to well-being while respecting your current financial flow. We will collaborate on a weekly rate prior to intake that feels sustainable and aligned with your resources. $0-75 per session- A dedicated number of sessions are held for individuals who are navigating systemic barriers or significant life transitions. These sessions are prioritized for those committed to their healing journey while managing limited financial access. This tier is made possible through the collective contributions of our practice community.
