Jordan takes an integrative and client-centered approach, drawing from dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Gestalt therapy, and existential-humanistic theory. Please be aware that at this time, Skylark Behavioral Health is conservative with any Benzodiazepines or Controlled Substance medications.
