Getting to know Jordan Indyk

Let's take a step forward together. I have been working in the mental health field in various ways since 2016. Throughout my time in the field I have worked with people ages 5-60 in various settings, primarily in the school system and through virtual or in home settings. I help students on a daily basis learn to regulate emotions in school and then head home to meet with adults virtually to learn to navigate the world in a productive way. My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself and I am prepared to help you take the steps needed for us to get there together. I like to utilize a person centered, "meet you where you're at" approach to gain understanding of your goals and where you are at in readiness to take them on. I am a light hearted individual who tries their best to make you feel comfortable so that we can create a strong supportive relationship together.
