What should a new client know about working with you?

My counseling approach adapts to meet the unique needs of each client. However, my authentic style often embodies acceptance, warmth, humor, and directness. I view each client as a whole person, possessing the knowledge and strength to heal and grow as they desire. I am here to walk alongside you, provide guidance when needed, and assist in uncovering your truest self. Together we will explore activities, discussions, and experiences to help process emotions and move toward wholeness. I lean into the experiential side of therapy, which will allow us to find what works best for you!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session we will get to know each other and develop a sacred environment for therapy. We will then explore emotions, unhelpful thought patterns, stress, grief, etc. through various exercises to help you feel into what needs to be released or accepted. I will guide you through healthy releasing of energy and processing to move forward.
