Getting to know Jordan Rahm

As a queer therapist, I understand the power of being fully seen in a safe, affirming space. I believe healing begins with feeling safe enough to be yourself without fear of judgment, labels, or the pressure to perform for others. Therapy can be a space to explore who you are and make sense of your experiences. My role is to support you in making sense of those experiences, understanding how they have shaped you, and finding a way forward that feels meaningful and true to you. Together, we’ll create space to slow down, get curious about what you might need, and explore ways to be kinder and more compassionate to yourself. My approach is warm, relatable, and grounded in the belief that your identities, relationships, and lived experiences matter. In our sessions you can expect openness, curiosity, and room for humor. I will meet you where you are, challenge you when it supports growth, and always honor your pace.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I primarily support adults, couples, and LGBTQIA+ folks navigating bipolar, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, anger, depression, and relationship concerns. I have a particular interest in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and young adults, with a focus on creating a space that is inclusive, affirming, and supportive of all identities and lived experiences.
