Her therapeutic approach integrates evidencebased methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy DBT, and mindfulness practices, as well as couples and family counseling when relationships are impacted. Jordan frequently works with specialized populations such as those in the adoption and foster care system, individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders, and members of the LGBTQ community. She also has experience supporting first responders, veterans, and survivors of domestic violence and military trauma. Outside of her clinical work, Jordan enjoys cooking, riding horses and motorcycles, practicing mindfulness and yoga, and spending time outdoors with her kids. She believes that bringing balance, creativity, and movement into life is an important part of wellness, and she encourages her patients to find outlets that support their own sense of fulfillment.
