You don’t have to censor your emotions or experiences with me because no topic is ever off limits. I love working with people who’ve felt like their pain has become the main story they know. Together, we’ll trace that story back to its roots, like patiently untying a tangled knot, so we can begin loosening the grip it has on your identity and relationships. From there, you will reclaim the freedom to live in a way that feels more authentic to you. I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist. I also practice EMDR and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in a safe medical setting with on-site medical staff. Often the emotions that feel overwhelming are rooted in pain that never had the chance to heal. We’ll do more than talk. We’ll untangle pain at its source so it can finally loosen its grip.
