UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. Jordon Hendrieth is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of South Florida. He treats individuals and families coping with depression, anxiety, anger, domestic violence, grief, marital issues, and childhood behavioral disorders. Jordon’s methods encourage his clients to feel confident in their treatment while he assists them in overcoming their concerns in a gentle and respectful manner. He enjoys working with clients who are motivated for change or seeking help to create positive shifts in their lives. Jordon is willing to offer brief consultations prior to a first appointment. Homework may be assigned on a case-by-case basis. Clients will know when progress is being made and will be able to share that experience.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, we also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. I see patients through UpLift. The prices for visit are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit.
