I believe that the client and therapist relationship is a vital part of the therapeutic journey. I bring with me a sense of humor, warmth, and authenticity that helps to foster connection and trust.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I aim to provide a non-judgemental space where clients can be their most authentic selves as they navigate their unique journey of healing and self-growth. As we work together, I will provide insights and evidence-based interventions that are uniquely tailored to your journey. My job is to be an active listener and support and collaborate with you to reach your goals and aspirations. It is a privilege to hold a space for others to gain insight, heal, and to choose the kind of person they want to be in the world.
