Our work begins by slowing down and making room for what is present, without rushing meaning or resolution. I think of therapy as a place where shadow and light are allowed to exist together. We gently notice thoughts, emotions, and patterns that shape daily life, while also listening to the deeper parts of you that may have been pushed aside or left unseen. Grief has a way of bringing hidden feelings into view, and therapy can help you understand them rather than fight them. I am drawn to grief and loss work because of how quietly lonely it can be. Many people feel pressure to move on, stay strong, or make sense of things too quickly. Here, there is no correct timeline. We work with what feels true for you, moment by moment. I also support adults living with ADHD, anxiety, and major life transitions. You do not need clarity to begin. We start where you are and hold the whole of it together.
