As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary, I am also a Licensed Addiction Counselor. Additionally, I am trained in Brainspotting techniques, which allows me to offer a unique and effective approach for neurobiological processing, release, and healing. My passion lies in helping individuals navigate the complexities of addiction, trauma, and other life challenges. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey where we work together to uncover your strengths and foster growth and healing. It's an honor for me to support you as you strive for a more joyful and fulfilling life. Specializing in areas such as anger management, anxiety, military and veteran support, stress, trauma, PTSD, life transitions, dissociative disorders, family relationships, grief and bereavement, somatic symptom disorder, and addiction, I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space for you to explore and overcome your struggles. In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate and non-judgmental environment where your unique experiences and needs are valued. My goal is to help you find purpose and healing, guiding you towards wholehearted living. When I'm not working, I love to immerse myself in nature by hiking in the mountains and camping under the stars. I also enjoy getting lost in a good book and exploring new places through travel.
