Hello, I’m Jose and I am a Licensed Mental Health psychotherapist. As a therapist, I believe that a kind and supportive, client-focused approach is fundamental in helping navigate the many challenges that life can bring. I like to provide my clients with a warm, nonjudgmental, safe, and supportive space where we can explore and address the various thoughts, emotions and experiences that pose a challenge in everyday life. Life can bring about many challenges and at times, seeking professional support can help manage these challenges. I take pride in being able to meet my clients where they are as we explore what therapy have to offer. Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting but I’m here to explore any obstacles you may face. My goal is to help you understand yourself more.
What should a new client know about working with you?
The goal of my therapy setting is to provide you with a safe and supportive environment in which you will be ready to explore the areas of your life in which you feel change is needed.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
