I find myself most often helping adults who are navigating stress, anxiety, or the long-term impact of childhood trauma. My approach is practical, compassionate way to help you understand your patterns and move toward a more fulfilled life. I’m also the author of Healing Childhood Trauma. I earned my Master’s from Barry University and truly enjoy the work I do. When I’m not in session, you can usually find me near the water, enjoying South Florida’s beaches or deep in thought writing my next book. Please note: I accept insurance for individual therapy; however, specialized couples counseling and family therapy are offered exclusively on a private-pay basis and are not billable to insurance.
