My own healing journey revealed the transformative power of therapy, especially within the BIPOC community where stigma and systemic barriers often hinder access to care. This realization inspired me to create Real U Behavioral Health Consulting, aiming to address mental health disparities and empower people of color to embrace their authentic selves.
With over 20 years of experience in education and mental health, I hold master's degrees in both Education and Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University. My journey has been shaped by a deep passion for helping others heal and thrive. At Real U Behavioral Health Consulting, I focus on providing compassionate care and creating resources that help individuals and families navigate mental health challenges with confidence and support.
