I’d love to come alongside you to get to know all the parts of you - the good, the bad, and the sometimes scary. I will meet you with humor, mutual weirdness, and a sense of humility to help cultivate a safe and judgement free environment where you can explore life’s challenges in a space that doesn’t feel like a doctor's office. I am especially passionate about supporting teens and adults who identify with the LGBTQ+ community. The outside world is full of negative stereotypes that can feel incredibly isolating if we don’t conform. You are you for a reason. I am your ally. I believe in you, and I invite you to reach out to learn more about who you are.

I use a collaborative and eclectic approach to support the client in finding who they truly are and stepping into the person they truly want to be.

Let’s find the things that make you undeniably awesome! Your skills, your interests, and your quirks! I want to learn where you thrive and help you create and maintain environments that empower you. You have a right to feel supported and secure. You do belong, and you deserve to feel that and know that. I want to help you find the places that celebrate you!
