As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a heart for empowering and supporting growth, I understand how challenging this journey can be. I've been blessed with support during my own 'trying times,' and I still lean on that support today. With 13 years of experience, I am bilingual in Spanish and have had the privilege of working with teenagers, adults, and couples. While I don't work with children due to my lack of training in that area, my experience spans addictions and various mental health disorders. I believe in the power of both therapy and medication, and I am culturally competent in utilizing these resources to best support my clients. My heart truly lies in working with trauma, and I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My goal is to help my clients reach a point where they no longer need my services—yes, I aim to work myself out of a job! I firmly believe that we are created in the image of the Creator, which means we have the capacity to love, be loved, and make wise decisions that guide us through our life's journey.
