I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Tennessee with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from East Tennessee State University. Helping people struggling with mental disorders is something I am excited about. I have been practicing for around four years and primarily work with adults. I see people with various mental health-related conditions, from those struggling with depression and anxiety to those experiencing day-to-day life stress. I look forward to meeting with you and finding out if we're a good fit!

What should a new client know about working with you?

During our first session(s), we will begin exploring your concerns and talking about your story. From there, we brainstorm a plan together that meets your needs and goals and apply it in the upcoming sessions. You can expect to learn tools and skills that help you make lasting changes you can carry beyond our work together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach varies from person to person because everyone is unique. I will do my best to ensure a calm, warm, and accepting environment where we can work together to help you achieve your goals. It is important that we work together to come up with a plan that works the best for you.
