Hello! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University. I offer in-person and online counseling for individuals (teens & adults) and couples. I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, addiction, and spiritual struggles. What should a new client know about working with you?

I strive to provide a safe environment that allows each client to connect with their own inherent ability to grow and heal in the midst of their challenges. I help clients sort through the conflict within themselves while healing from the external wounds that have compounded throughout life, all with the goal of connecting with their authentic selves in a way that brings deep meaning, connection, and joy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session will be primarily focused on building rapport, gathering information, and clarifying what to expect during the counseling process. We’ll usually start by getting the legal stuff out of the way (going over confidentiality, etc.), then explore what’s bringing you to counseling and any relevant background information. From there, we’ll establish what you want to accomplish during counseling and come up with a plan to achieve those goals. During the session, you’ll also have the chance to discuss any questions or concerns you may have. With the first session out of the way, we can begin the work of sorting through your struggles and finding ways to grow, heal, and meet your goals!
