Getting to know Joseph Leonard

As a therapist; I am warm; empathetic; and understanding. I believe that all thoughts; feelings; and behavior serve a purpose. My goal is to help clients identify their purpose and then work to find healthier; more constructive ways to accomplish that purpose. I believe every person is unique and I help each client self actualize their full potential.My ideal client is someone coping with mental health challenges; such as anxiety; depression; mood disorders; and/or substance abuse. I also work with couples and families to help them communicate better and resolve interpersonal conflict in a healthy way.
