I am here for you! I have several years of experience helping people with mental and emotional issues at all levels of need from just needing someone to talk to, to life saving mental health interventions. I really like the flexibility of telemental health options, especially for people who work daily and long hours, and those people who live in rural and urban communities with less resources for mental health help. Through each stage of life from young adulthood to retirement, we all have challenges to meet and it helps to talk to someone who has seen those patterns and understands that things are not always what they seem and it is ok to talk to someone to move past the difficult times we go through, throughout life. Whether you are struggling with the exciting challenges of becoming the person you want to be and the life you want to have or struggling to simply adjust to life as it feels empty and needing something more, I am ready to listen and collaborate with you to discover the best ways for you to move forward, on your terms.
