I am a casual and comfortable therapist to work with. I will listen to your thoughts about your troubles, and help you come up with solutions that work for your life. I will work with you to identify the type of therapy that works for you best. I have many techniques that I can offer you. You decide what works for you. I work in jeans and comfortable shirts so you can feel at ease with me. I am not fake or arrogant. I am down to earth and real.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Easy to talk to I am casual and comfortable. We will talk about what is troubling you and come up with solutions together. I have over 30 years of training in counseling. I can work with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and many other types of problems that cause people difficulty. In EMDR that can help people with their trauma

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our initial sessions we will talk together to describe and identify what's bothering you the most. We will then talk about initial goals we would like to accomplish together. We will then periodically look at your goals and see if we are taking the right steps to complete those goals.
