I am a nature-loving cat parent. I have been in the mental health field for 8 years, serving adults, teens, and child populations in outpatient community mental health as well as crisis counseling. I have a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Education in Clinical Mental Health. In my personal time, I enjoy hiking, swimming, photography and art, and video games.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approaches are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered therapy, and Solution-focused therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In the first session, clients can expect a warm and open environment in which we discuss their unique needs and hopes for counseling. We will discuss how you want to approach the sessions and identify clients' specific plans for treatment.
