Joseph Rubin, LCPC

Psychotherapist
IL
My name is Joe Rubin, and I am a Certified Counseling Professional and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University. I specialize in transforming lives through the power of mindfulness. I work with my clients in a way that helps create real, lasting change and promotes all-around awesomeness in their daily lives. I first began my mindfulness journey when I hit a roadblock in my own life and struggled to move past it. I knew there had to be a way to free myself from the fear and doubt that kept me from fully experiencing life and held me back from achieving more in my home life, relationships, and career. I began to study and integrate the best and most researched methods from Western psychology along with Eastern philosophy and healing techniques to create a system that would not only help me but also provide much-needed healing to many others who want more in their lives but are unsure how to achieve it. Through hard work, my life was transformed along with the lives of many others I have had the pleasure of working with. This work is my passion, and it shows in the personalized coaching and counseling I provide to each and every client.
