Throughout my career, I’ve worked in various settings, including mental health clinics, private hospitals, school settings, and non-profit organizations. What is your typical process for working with clients?

Each 45-minute session is your dedicated time to focus on yourself in a safe, supportive space. Together, we’ll explore the concerns that brought you to therapy, work through challenges, and practice tools and strategies that can help you feel more grounded and empowered. Sessions are paced around your need, whether that means gaining new insights or building practical skills to support your everyday life. I utilize HIPPA compliant telehealth and electronic record keeping software so your information remains confidential.
