I am the owner of Resilient Minds Psychotherapy LLC. I've worked in community mental health for over two years, where I've helped people cope and process trauma, anxiety, and other issues life has thrown at them. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma. I use a variety of techniques for anxiety, depression, and trauma. I take an eclectic, refreshing approach to therapy, integrating the best methods to support your healing. Together, we will tailor your treatment to fit your unique needs.
