I am a licensed professional counselor in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I graduated from Drexel University with my bachelor's in psychology in 2013 and Rider University with my master's in Mental Health Counseling in 2017. I have received training in trauma-informed care, family systems therapy (ESFT), and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). I have over 10 years of experience working in hospital, residential, and outpatient settings with populations ranging from children to late adults facing mental health and substance abuse issues. My goal as a clinician is to help my patients be the best person they can be by navigating through life stressors within their control.
