Therapy is about connecting with and formulating a safe relationship to explore and address your concerns through the therapeutic process; empowering you to achieve your goals of becoming happier and fulfilled in your relationships, life, and yourself. I want to assist you in achieving whatever solutions and/or life changes you are seeking in a safe and open environment.
I use an eclectic approach, working from multiple modalities that best fit your goals, needs, and experiences. I have experience working with adolescents and adults with varying diagnoses. I specialize in the treatment of anger, anxiety, depression, family conflict, relationship issues, self-esteem building, and stress management.
I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University. As a therapist, my goal is to help you grow your personal strengths throughout the therapeutic process. In a non-judgmental environment, we will work together to build on your strengths and begin to understand the meaning of your distressing symptoms, ultimately leading toward growth and positive transformation.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Following your initial session, I will encourage you to challenge your current thought process. I help my clients with reframing and looking at situations through a different lens. I assist my clients with developing and implementing helpful and powerful coping strategies. You will receive genuine support, practical responses, and clinical consultation regarding ongoing treatment.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
