I specialize in helping clients untangle and slow down in order to feel more authentic and in control of their lives. I aim to create a supportive space where we can explore how what you think affects what you feel, and how that drives what you do. I love helping clients become more connected with their values and grow, despite setbacks and challenges. I have extensive experience in DBT as well as DBT for Teens and Families. I have completed numerous trainings in more specified DBT treatment such as eating disorder treatment, substance use treatment, and trauma informed.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am easy-going and flexible. I strive to match my client's intensity and desire for change while also doing my best to challenge them!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I lean heavily on evidence based material and find assigning homework to be helpful in seeing change happen for my clients outside of session.
