With 20 years of experience, I uniquely combine cognitive behavioral techniques with mindfulness strategies and meridian-based Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) or "Tapping." This innovative approach offers a holistic and integrative method to explore, understand, and heal your mind and emotions. I hold a Master of Education in Counseling from the University of Lynchburg and a Bachelor's degree from Flagler College. If desired, I am also a trained AcuDetox Specialist (ADS) and can provide the NADA Protocol, also known as the 5 Needle Protocol-a treatment that stimulates five points on the outer ear using needles or ear seeds.
