I am Josh Strickland. I have worked in the mental health industry for over 20 years. I have been a therapeutic case manager, in-home therapist, school-based therapist, adjunct professor, and associate professor. I currently am an adjunct for UALR in their masters of counseling program. I work with grief and trauma, specifically CPTSD. I also work closely with the LGBTQ+ community and specialize in issues related to the community and with couples who are non-heterosexual conforming. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, but bring empathy, active listening, a relaxed environment, and goal driven actions to therapy.
