Starting treatment is challenging, but the process can often lead to positive change. I provide a comprehensive and collaborative approach tailored to your needs. My passion is working with clients who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and addiction. There are a wide variety of therapeutic models to target symptoms, and I am trained in providing the most effective therapy models of Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, and Motivational Interviewing.
