Hello, I'm Josh! Thank you for visiting my profile. I am a licensed clinical social worker (MSW) currently accepting new patients for individual therapy. Starting treatment can be a challenging step, but it often leads to positive and meaningful change. My approach is comprehensive and collaborative, tailored specifically to your unique needs and circumstances. I have a deep passion for working with clients who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and addiction. I believe in the power of therapy to transform lives, and I am here to support you every step of the way. My therapeutic philosophy is grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing. By working together, we can explore the underlying issues that may be holding you back and develop strategies to help you move forward. I am trained in several effective therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. These approaches allow me to target a wide variety of symptoms and provide you with the tools you need to manage your mental health. Whether you are dealing with addiction, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health issues, dementia, anger management, antisocial behavior, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, dissociative disorders, eating disorders, family relationships, grief/bereavement, life transitions, military/veteran support, OCD, PTSD, psychosis/schizophrenia, stress, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, trauma, medical issues/physical health, ADHD, or sleep disorders, I am here to help. As a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our sessions. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in your life. If you're ready to take the first step towards healing and growth, I invite you to reach out. Let's work together to create the life you deserve.
