I obtained a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma in May 2015. I have worked with clients with a range of concerns including anxiety; depression; OCD; ADHD; autism spectrum disorder; and family conflict. My approach blends techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy; and I am always researching new evidence-based techniques.
