Hello! I am a social worker that graduated from NC State University and I have a specialization in children and adolescents as well as in autism and ADHD. I try to bring a warmth and kindness to all of my interactions with clients, parents, and anyone in the client's life as well as a level of openness and understanding of the circumstances that surround clients. I am passionate about the support and care that I provide to each person as they navigate through depression, anxiety, life changes, trauma, autism, ADHD, and more. I ground my approach in evidence-based practice, empathy, and individual care for each and every person. My goal, at the end of the day, is to make sure that all of my clients find their strengths, feel empowerd, and can take the steps they need to achieve their goals.
