What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me feels more like a collaborative deep-dive than a clinical interrogation. I show up as a human first—bringing warmth, a bit of humor, and zero judgment to our sessions. I don’t believe in "fixing" you because you aren't broken; instead, we work on identifying the systemic messages and internal critics that keep you stuck in "maintenance mode."

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The "Secure Base" Intake (90 Minutes) Our first meeting isn't just a paperwork dump. It’s a dedicated 90-minute session where we map out your internal landscape. We look at your attachment history, your neurobiology, and the specific "shadows" you’re ready to step out of. We’re laying the foundation for what we call your Dignity Investment. The Weekly Rhythm (50 Minutes) A typical session starts with a "check-in" on your nervous system—where are you at right now? From there, we follow the invisible threads of your week. We might: Exploring why you felt the need to perform and how to return to your authentic self. Build Executive Scaffolding: Implementing real-time strategies for ADHD-related overwhelm. Somatic Regulation: Using mindfulness or grounding tools to manage "F1 engine" anxiety. No "Blank Slate" Here I practice active, engaged talk therapy. I’m going to challenge the "snarky TikTok internal critic" or the "boardroom executive" voice in your head. Expect a mix of deep clinical insight, practical DBT skills, and the occasional well-timed cuss word when life feels especially heavy. The Telehealth Sanctuary Because we are 100% telehealth, your "visit" happens wherever you feel safest. We use a secure, HIPAA-compliant portal, so all you need is a stable connection and a space where you can speak freely. No waiting rooms, no clinical fluorescent lights—just a focused, affirming space for your growth.

More information on payments and coverage

I believe in transparent, no-bullshit pricing. Investing in your mental health is a "Dignity Investment," and I want you to know exactly where you stand before we even meet. Insurance & Coverage I am currently In-Network with Aetna (PA). If you have Aetna, we will verify your benefits through our secure portal to see what your co-pay looks like. For all other insurance providers, I am considered an Out-of-Network (OON) provider. Out-of-Network Support (The Thrizer Advantage) If you are OON, don't panic. I partner with Thrizer to handle the heavy lifting of insurance reimbursements for you. You won’t have to deal with the "ADHD tax" of mailing superbills or fighting with insurance reps. Thrizer can often allow you to only pay your co-insurance upfront, or they’ll manage the reimbursement process so your money gets back to you faster. Self-Pay Rates (The Dignity Investment) If you aren't using insurance, our standard rates are: Initial Intake (The Secure Base): $225 (90 minutes) Individual Sessions: $150 (50 minutes) Relationship Therapy: $200 (50 minutes) Frictionless Payments All payments are processed securely through our client portal. No checks, no invoices lost in your inbox, and no awkward "how much do I owe you?" moments at the end of a deep session. We keep it simple so you can stay focused on the work.
