With a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida International University and certifications as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our sessions. Additionally, I am a Life & Career Coach, Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, and Reiki Master Practitioner, which allows me to offer a diverse range of tools to support your journey. My approach to therapy is multicultural, compassionate, safe, and hopeful. I believe in meeting you where you are in the present moment and working together to create new pathways forward. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use, adjustment issues, or serious mental health concerns, I am here to guide you through these challenges. I work with individuals aged 12 and up, as well as couples and families, to address a wide range of issues including life transitions, career coaching, and relationship dynamics. On a personal note, I am a husband and father of twins, and I enjoy spending my free time gardening, hiking, and caring for my loving dog and playful cat.
