Utilizing work grounded in client-centered and cognitive-behavioral approaches while empowering individuals through fostering self-awareness, compassion, and resilience is what I strive for working together with clients. Working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, interpersonal & relationship issues, and LGBTQ+ identities are the type of clients I work closely with. Being passionate about providing individualized care for each client and holding a belief there is a "one-size-fits-all" model for mental health care is how I approach my sessions. Together, my clients and I work hand-in-hand to ensure relevance and efficacy throughout our work together. I understand that starting therapy can feel difficult or uncertain. This is why I place a strong emphasis on partnership, trust, and open communication throughout the therapeutic process. Actively encouraging feedback from my clients to promote agency in the therapeutic space and to help maintain goal achievement is a constant I hold each session.
