Getting to know Joshua O'Connor

Currently accepting new clients with availability between 9 am and 2 pm, Monday through Friday, for either in person or video, and some Saturday morning between 9 am and 11 am. Hello, I'm Joshua. We all have patterns that have developed over a lifetime. While many of these patterns help us, some are damaging and keep us from reaching our full potential in life. I work with my clients to help them identify these negative patterns in thinking, behaving, and communicating, and replace them with patterns that help them thrive. Let me help you improve your relationships, personal life, and work life. I graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado-Boulder. After many years in the business sector, I returned to school to fulfill my passion for helping others succeed in life. I graduated from Walden University in 2017 with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have worked for the past 4 years successfully fulfilling that dream. I love working with clients aged 15 to 115, from all walks of life, and with a variety of challenges to overcome. I discovered an unexpected passion for working with couples to improve or rebuild their relationships. Regardless of culture, background, or identity, I work with clients on their goals. I specialize in working with couples on communication issues as well as adults with ADHD. My most open availability is found between 10 am and 3 pm, Monday to Friday. I have very limited availability after 4 pm on weekdays and all day Saturday.
