Getting to know Joshua Sanchez

Hey guys my name is Josh and I am a licensed associate counselor! Welcome to my practice. I work full time at the Horsham Clinic as a case manager, therapist and social worker. If you are having challenges with finding services, need family or individual counseling you have come to the right place. As of now I am only insured through Atena but I offer sliding scale out of pocket pay if needed. I know times are difficult right now and I am here to provide a safe comfortable space to help you work on your trauma and day to day stressors.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is client centered as I want to create a space to challenge but also have the clients feel safe and heard. I work with adolescents, young adults and adults. Depending on what the client needs I can provide case management services, individual therapy or family therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I like to use the first sessions to build rapport, each session I create a set goal or objective that the client wants to cover. I have experience with DBT, CBT, Truama-Focused interventions. Whatever the client needs I am here to help! I also offer Tarot Card and astrology services as well.
