I have worked with clients from 18 to 80 and from all different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. This work ranges from anxiety and depression; substance abuse; and relationship issues. Together we will work together figuring out how your thoughts; feelings and behaviors shape the environment around you and what part of that you can control and change.
