Virtual Saturdays offered. Accepting new clients. I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, and children. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, motivation, or other issues, I am passionate about helping you make positive life changes. I utilize empathy and strive to build a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust and mutual respect. I hold a Master's in Clinical Counseling from Liberty University, which has equipped me with the skills to support you effectively. I look forward to walking beside you through your unique individual journey and helping you overcome life's challenges. I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids and am passionate about sports, reading, and exercise.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am well-versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but offer other therapeutic modalities as well. Contact me for additional information.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I utilize intial intake and treatment planning goals to influence our sessions as a whole, but my mentality is that the session is YOURS. Session-to-session we can discuss overarching goals, or address immediate needs/concerns that have risen since the previous session, or anything else you want to discuss. Therapy can be a dynamic process and I strive to be flexible and adaptable in order to meet YOU where you are at. I looking forward to walking beside you in this journey!
