Getting to know Joshua Warnica

Everyone can benefit from therapy. Some of us just choose to distract ourselves with the day-to-day madness. The problem with this is that life will eventually slow you down, and you are unable to use those distractions. This is typically when you may feel hit hard by anxiety, panic, and depression. We will start by addressing the most significant issues you are facing. We will cover coping skills and mindfulness, but I am here for the long haul. I am a damn good therapist, and I want to help you truly heal. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over nine years of professional experience. In 2015, I completed my Master’s in Social Work from West Texas A&M University. I began my professional career with the Pavilion, an inpatient psychiatric hospital where I conducted individual, group, and family therapy. For the past seven years, I have worked with geriatric patients in an intensive outpatient program. I also provide individual and couples counseling.
