As a therapist, I am dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable space where you can be your most genuine self as you explore your strengths and needs in life. I acknowledge that it can be challenging to begin therapy and take the first steps toward personal growth, so I do everything I can to make your journey as comfortable and effective as possible. My approach to therapy aligns with the belief that you are the expert of your own story, and my role is to act as a partner in your growth. I use a mixture of modalities in session including CBT, ACT, and ERP. I serve clients with a variety of needs including anxiety, depression, OCD, vocational stress, relationship issues, life transitions, and more. Considering my professional experience and personal passion, I also have a special interest in working with folks who identify in the LGBTQ+ community. I believe that finding the right therapist to align with your personality and needs is a crucial part of the therapeutic relationship.
